Apples to Zebras is an online shop. A small collection of our items can be
found on Apples to Zebras’ stand, at
Free Thinking Zone, Skoufa 64, Athens and Forget Me Not, Adrianou 100 Plaka.

3. After how many days will I receive my order?
Each order leaves our place within the next 3-4 working days from the day of order, unless the description of an item states otherwise.
Depending on the shipping method you choose, the order needs another:
• 1 day (ACS Courier, in Attica, Greece)
• 1-3 days (ACS Courier, outside Attica, Greece)
• 1-5 days (Hellenic Post, Greece)
• 1-2 weeks (Hellenic Post, all countries)
• Up to 7
days (EMS Express mail, all countries)

4. How will I receive my order?
If you choose the ACS courier (only for Greece) or EMS (worldwide), the order will be guaranteed delivered at your place.
If you choose the Registered Post, either your order will be delivered at your place or you will need to collect it from the Post Office of your area. It depends on the policy of your area’s post office.
If you
choose the simple Post, your order will be delivered as your casual mail. We
would recommend this option only if you have a mailbox or there is a doorman.

5. What is the safest shipping method?
Choosing
EMS or Registered Post, the delivery is 100% secure and comes with a tracking
code. Choosing simple Post, Apples to Zebras cannot guarantee for the safe
delivery of the package. Nevertheless, no problem has been detected until now.

6. Do I need a debit/credit card anyway?
No, you can
also pay through bank transfer. (Piraeus Bank or Alpha Bank).

7. Do I need to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit/debit card?
No, just choose
the option 'Pay with my credit or debit
card' and enter your card details, without having to register in the Paypal

8. Can I change an item?
Yes,
changes can be made within 10 days
on all items except those indicating 'Construction upon order’ and those that
are on discount. The customer bears the costs of return and the new delivery
costs.

9. How do I know that I have successfully completed my order?
A message automatically appears on your screen reporting the successful completion of the purchase and you also receive a confirmation email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Upon submission of the order, the customer automatically accepts all terms and conditions mentioned above. In any different case, he should not proceed to the submission of the order, unless he has first contacted Apples to Zebras.
Order Procedure
The orders are placed directly to our e-shop www.applestozebras.com through the "add to basket" process. By clicking on the " add to basket" button you automatically fill in an order form. During the order procedure, the shipping costs are calculated according to the order's weight. Afterwards either you proceed with your order or you cancel it.
Upon termination of the procedure, you receive a confirmation mail, describing all the order information.
Way of payment
The payment of your order is effectuated through PayPal payment system. PayPal is a very common system of payments that guarantees the speed and the safety of your electronic transactions. PayPal Inc. is based in California, while its subsidiary PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l & Cie, S.C.A is based in Luxembourg. Currently PayPal payment system serves 243 countries around the world. It thus provides a global solution of payments made in real time.
Since you submit your order, you are then redirected to PayPal web-page. Then you can simply fill in your credit card data (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), so that the payment will be realized through it. In case you are already registered to PayPal, the payment can be automatically realized through your account.
Shipping
Apples to zebras gives you the opportunity to choose between Hellenic Post registered mail, ACS courier service and EMS Express mail (Hellenic Post courier service for abroad) for the shipment of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the items that make up an order and are charged to the customer. Shipping costs of a returning order are paid by customer. The company bears the shipping costs of a returning order in cases of defective or wrong product.
There is the possibility of sending the order to an address different from the one mentioned in the order form. In this case, you should simply select the corresponding box in the order form and fill in the information about the mailing address you prefer.
If the destination of your order is a country outside the EU, then clearance is possible to be required. Clearance costs are charged to customer.
Delivery Time
Products are lanced by the company within the next 3 working days from the date of the order, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Delivery time depends on the shipping way you choose.
Hellenic Post registered mail
• 1-4 working days in Greece.
• 1-2 weeks abroad.
EMS Express mail
• 2-3 working days to major destinations.
• Up to 7 working days to other destinations.
ACS Courier
• The next working day in Athens.
• 1-3 working days in Greece.
Our company is not liable for failure to meet the estimated time of delivery due to delay by the supplier or other external factors.
Return of a damaged product
The packaging of all products is highly protective so as to assure their safe transportation. Nevertheless, in case you detect any damage on your delivered order, you are requested to inform us e-mail at info@applestozebras.eu, within 10 days after the receipt of the order. We will arrange the return of the damaged product and the delivery of a new one. The extra shipping charges will be paid by our company. For the replacing procedure it is necessary to keep the original packaging of the products.
Return and exchange of order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to return any of the products you have ordered, simply contact us within 10 days after receipt date and we will send you another product to replace it. The item must be returned in its original packaging by registered mail or courier. In such cases, money cannot be paid back to customer and the initial shipping charges cannot be returned. The shipping charges of the returned products are paid by the customer. The company is not liable in case of damage during return procedure of a product.
The products on offer cannot be returned.
In case that you receive a product different from what you have ordered, please contact us and the company will arrange the return of the wrong product and the delivery of the right one.
Products/prices
The company can change product characteristics and prices without notice. In any case, the customer is charged with the amount as it is stated on their order, regardless if the price of the product has changed until the delivery.
Prices include VAT (5,5% for books and 23% for all the other items).
There may be a discrepancy between the characteristics shown in the photos of products, such as color and texture, and the actual product characteristics.
Gift
If you wish to send as a gift the order you have made, you can indicate it in the order form by checking the appropriate box. Then you must fill in the personal details of the recipient and the gift will be sent directly to him. The payment details are not presented in the documents received by the recipient. If the recipient wishes to return the gift, then, either him or you should follow the procedure of order change (Return and exchange of order).
Personal data
The use of the personal data of the visitor/user of applestozebras.eu abides by the regulations and clauses of the Greek law for the protection of personal data (Law 2472/1997 as this has been amended according to Law 3783/2009).
Visitors who navigate through the e-shop are not requested to give any personal information. The users will be requested to provide their personal data in order to effectuate an order. The data requested are the following: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, address, city, post code and country.
These data will be used only for the accomplishment of the electronic transaction and for no other reason. They are not revealed to any third party or exploited.
In special cases the company can disclose its customers’ personal data only when it is requested by any authority, after the lawful request and according to the valid regulations at any case.
In case of false or inadequate data provided, the shop has the right to cancel the order without notification.
